2019 DB Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon Templeton Gap District Paso Robles

Our newest wine is tasting outstanding with soft tannins and savory fruit flavors.  With small amounts of Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot, this wine was aged in barrel for 9 months, 25% French oak, filtered, no fining, 13.5% alc. Following our standard protocol of NO heavy oak, this wine has only a slight detection of oak influence and is made to be enjoyed "now" or for saving in your cellar a few more months! Each bottle of wine is 750 ml.
