This wine is very fruit focused and has very light oak influence. 
Templeton Gap District, Paso Robles. Small lot production and sustainable farming practices. Aged 17 months in neutral oak, filtered, no fining, 13.6% alc. NO NEW OAK accentuates the fruit resulting in an intricate wine. This wine was bottled in March 2020 at our Central Coast CA winery facility. Each bottle of wine is 750 ml.
