2019 Sauvignon Blanc from Calistoga, Napa Valley. Limited amount of this delicious wine!

Winemaking Notes: 
Tank-fermented and aged in stainless for six months and then aged in nuetral barrel.

Tasting Notes: 
Lime, green apple, peach, passion fruit with hints of pineapple and grapefruit.  

Rawls Vineyard: 
Located in the northern portion of the Napa Valley in the sub appellation Calistoga. This vineyard is distinguished by volcanic soil, high temps up to 100 degrees during the day followed by cool nights during the growing season. The hot to cool temps provide perfect conditions for growing intense fruit. This vineyard produces wines with structure, complexity and distinctiveness.

Food pairings: 
Not only a great summer wine, but a wine to be enjoyed year round.  This wine has a bit more body than a light so it matches well with an array of food choices or on its own!
